Currently serving as Head of Media at Nedbank Group Marketing, Samu leads the Group Media team, overseeing enterprise-wide digital and above-the-line media strategy, planning, and performance.
Her career spans multiple industries, including banking, telecommunications, personal care, alcoholic beverages, and publishing, with experience across South, East, and West Africa. She is also recognised as a digital marketing transformation strategist, combining market research and analytics to deliver data-driven, insight-led solutions.
Alongside her professional career, Samu has over five years of academic and lecturing experience, currently contributing as a Head Tutor and Assessor at GetSmarter (UCT) and Vega. She holds several marketing qualifications, including a Master of Commerce in Business Management.
